About the role
The Office Associate – 2nd Shift provides administrative and operational support for field technicians, managers, and other departments. This fast-paced role requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and attention to detail. The position ensures smooth workflow and accurate documentation while supporting team efficiency during the evening shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain professional communication with customers and technicians
- Process and prepare installation paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and collection of payments
- Collaborate with managers, installers, and other departments via email and internal systems
- Aid the team to accomplish jobs efficiently and meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office workspace
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with computers and office software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
