Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Set up meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience working as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Qualifications

Must be available to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at our Arlington, VA office.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
