Responsibilities
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Set up meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience working as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
Qualifications
Must be available to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at our Arlington, VA office.
Skills
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
