Responsibilities
- Answer phones, retrieve messages, follow-up with call backs from answering service.
- Faxing, filing, mailing notices, letters and handouts to residents and applicants.
- Initiate, track and close work orders utilizing systems for property.
- Absorb and respond to requests from the community manager and assistant community manager.
- Show vacant units to prospective tenants if required.
- Report all incidents and emergencies to Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager.
- Auxiliary support for other tasks and duties as required.
Qualifications
- 6 months or more clerical office experience.
- High School Diploma.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Professional business appearance.
