Responsibilities
- Aid boaters with slip inquiries, marketing, and leasing opportunities.
- Negotiate, prepare, and complete slip lease agreements accurately and professionally.
- Provide clear explanations of marina policies, lease terms, and account details.
- Accept, process, and post customer payments.
- Address customer questions regarding account balances, billing, and services.
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to build positive relationships with marina customers.
- Direct customer inquiries or concerns to the appropriate department when needed.
Requirements
- Pass a background check.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
- Work hours: 9 AM to 5 PM with one weekend day either Saturday or Sunday required, 5-day work week.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
