Responsibilities

  • Aid boaters with slip inquiries, marketing, and leasing opportunities.
  • Negotiate, prepare, and complete slip lease agreements accurately and professionally.
  • Provide clear explanations of marina policies, lease terms, and account details.
  • Accept, process, and post customer payments.
  • Address customer questions regarding account balances, billing, and services.
  • Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to build positive relationships with marina customers.
  • Direct customer inquiries or concerns to the appropriate department when needed.

Requirements

  • Pass a background check.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
  • Work hours: 9 AM to 5 PM with one weekend day either Saturday or Sunday required, 5-day work week.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
