What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and act as a key support to leadership
  • Prepare and submit project billings accurately as needed
  • Manage contracts and handle all associated documentation for new projects
  • Set up and maintain job folders once work is awarded
  • Own a portion of accounting functions, including QuickBooks
  • Serve as the HR liaison and support employee-related processes
  • Collaborate with project managers, accounting, and operations teams
  • Step onto the production floor as needed to stay connected with operations
  • Handle multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail

What You Need to Have

  • Experience in office management, accounting, or construction administration
  • Strong Excel Skills And Experience With QuickBooks
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think independently
  • Comfortable working in both office and production environments
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
