What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and act as a key support to leadership
- Prepare and submit project billings accurately as needed
- Manage contracts and handle all associated documentation for new projects
- Set up and maintain job folders once work is awarded
- Own a portion of accounting functions, including QuickBooks
- Serve as the HR liaison and support employee-related processes
- Collaborate with project managers, accounting, and operations teams
- Step onto the production floor as needed to stay connected with operations
- Handle multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail

- Experience in office management, accounting, or construction administration
- Strong Excel Skills And Experience With QuickBooks
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think independently
- Comfortable working in both office and production environments
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
