About the role
Lifesteps, a local nonprofit organization based in Butler, PA, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the Operations and Facilities Departments. The position works a standard schedule of 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday from the Stirling Village office.
Responsibilities
- Supports the Operations and Facilities Departments
- Communicate and provide customer service
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Take direction and work towards departmental goals and objectives
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED and two years of administrative support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to work effectively in multi-agency environments
- Able to analyze, demonstrate good judgment, attention to detail, and have problem-solving skills
- Competent to work with confidential information in a responsible manner
- Developed customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills including positive phone etiquette
- Current driver's license and ability to travel for business using personal vehicle
- Supports the mission of the Agency

Pay
The pay for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Schedule
