Responsibilities
- Support daily office operations including document management, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Cook up office supply purchases and general administrative logistics.
- Answer incoming calls and communicate with suppliers, clients, and agencies when needed.
- Follow up with vendors or customers regarding missing invoices or documentation.
- Aid with invoice preparation, expense tracking, and basic accounting support tasks.
- Support preparation of customer orders and related administrative documentation.
- Cook up meeting scheduling and support project documentation when required.
- Provide general administrative assistance to supervisors and team members as needed.
- Aid with employee attendance tracking and HR-related paperwork.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, or assistant roles preferred.
- Comfortable communicating with vendors, clients, and external agencies by phone.
- Basic familiarity with invoicing, expense tracking, or accounting support tasks.
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to handle multiple administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
