Responsibilities

  • Support daily office operations including document management, filing, and maintaining organized records.
  • Cook up office supply purchases and general administrative logistics.
  • Answer incoming calls and communicate with suppliers, clients, and agencies when needed.
  • Follow up with vendors or customers regarding missing invoices or documentation.
  • Aid with invoice preparation, expense tracking, and basic accounting support tasks.
  • Support preparation of customer orders and related administrative documentation.
  • Cook up meeting scheduling and support project documentation when required.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to supervisors and team members as needed.
  • Aid with employee attendance tracking and HR-related paperwork.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, or assistant roles preferred.
  • Comfortable communicating with vendors, clients, and external agencies by phone.
  • Basic familiarity with invoicing, expense tracking, or accounting support tasks.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to handle multiple administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
