This role is essential to keeping daily clinic operations running smoothly while supporting medical providers, case management staff, and the members we serve. Key Responsibilities Schedule member's appointments, ensures service tickets are in order. Collects and validates insurance information. Records no-show and appointment changes. Creates and maintains member charts. Compiles clinical information as requested. Collects, monitors, scans, and enters data/information into the electronic health records or as assigned. Completes reminder calls to the participants regarding their appointments. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED. One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in office clerical setting. Medical and/or Behavioral health experience preferred. Proficiency in typing, using computer software, i.e., EHR/EMR systems, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Internet is essential. Complete all pre-employment and on-boarding paperwork, in a timely manner and be cleared to attend New Employee Orientation (NEO), as scheduled. Ability to obtain and maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and any other required background checks. Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish), preferred.
