About the role
BSL Services is seeking an Office Assistant to support daily office operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage front desk activities.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and file documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Auxiliary in organizing company events and activities.
- Support basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and professional.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Prior experience in administrative or office support roles is preferred.
Qualifications
