About the role

The Office Assistant will be responsible for handling client and marketing department requests, making phone calls and emails, coordinating schedules, and assisting with meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting clients/marketing dept. and architecture dept.'s calling requests
  • Making phone calls and writing emails
  • Cooking and following up with the work schedules for both US and China architecture departments
  • Scheduling and planning meetings and appointments
  • Performing receptionist duties when needed

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English is a must, Mandarin/Spanish speaking is preferred
  • High school degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 1-year office-related work experience

Pay

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
