About the role
The Office Assistant will be responsible for handling client and marketing department requests, making phone calls and emails, coordinating schedules, and assisting with meetings.
Responsibilities
- Collecting clients/marketing dept. and architecture dept.'s calling requests
- Making phone calls and writing emails
- Cooking and following up with the work schedules for both US and China architecture departments
- Scheduling and planning meetings and appointments
- Performing receptionist duties when needed
Qualifications
- Fluent in English is a must, Mandarin/Spanish speaking is preferred
- High school degree
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 1-year office-related work experience
Pay
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
