About the role
The position is primarily administrative in nature and works with team members to provide advanced administrative support and perform office management functions.
Essential Functions
- Provides administrative support to all departments.
- Maintains an outstanding first impression in person and over the phone.
- Screens/responds to incoming calls, processes incoming and outgoing mail, provides general information, and welcomes customers, vendors, and internal clients.
- Performs record keeping, filing, and expense reporting.
- Completes pre-planning activities for meetings, coordinates office events, books travel and caterers, and sets up the office for success.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications
- Demonstrates comfort with customer contact and has a professional disposition.
- Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills and outstanding human relation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and take direction from various departments.
- Quick thinker, at ease under pressure and comfortable trouble-shooting situations.
- High level of organization.
Work Environment
Primarily a job trailer on a project site.
