Office Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and distribute calls
- Oversee veteran client workflows
- Aid in scheduling Care Pros and communicating with Clients and Care Pros
- Aid Client Care by creating new journals and communicating with families
- Aid in recruiting Care Pros
- Perform clerical tasks as needed
- Provide emergency backup phone coverage after business hours
Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities accurately and professionally
