Office 365 Managed Services Consultant

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer business requirements and provide actionable insights
• Translate requirements into architectural designs for infrastructure components
• Design and maintain complete Office 365 Tenant solutions
• Execute comprehensive implementations of Office 365 workloads
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to benefit client solutions
• Resolve escalated tier 3 and 4 client issues related to M365
• Conduct security analysis and manage core security tools configurations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Office 365 implementations in complex environments
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft security tools and administration
• Strong background in Microsoft Azure, especially Entra ID and Intune
• Proficiency in endpoint management using Microsoft Intune
• Expertise in configuration of Microsoft Defender and Sentinel for security posture
• Relevant Microsoft certifications related to the M365 technology stack are a plus
