A well-known restaurant brand is opening a new location at the Il Giulia shopping center and is seeking staff for the following roles:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Kitchen Manager and Kitchen Staff
  • Preparation of dishes
  • Collaboration with colleagues to manage customer requests
  • Opportunity to learn all aspects of managing a professional kitchen and restaurant operation with high safety and quality standards
• Front-of-House Staff
  • Customer welcome and greeting
  • Order taking and management
  • Table service
  • Dining room order management
  • Opportunity to work in a structured, high-quality restaurant environment
• Apprentices and Interns (Kitchen and Front-of-House)
  • Engagement in various roles within an organized and structured environment
  • Opportunity to learn how an efficient, professional restaurant operates

Requirements

• Flexibility and availability to work part-time, including day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• HACCP certification (preferred)

About the Role

The work environment is divided between kitchen and dining room. Specific training will be provided for all positions. We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude, strong motivation, time management skills, and a strong customer service orientation.
