About The Role

What if your hard-won knowledge of how real attacks unfold could directly shape how AI understands cyber threats? We're looking for Offensive Security Analysts to bring adversarial thinking to the frontier of AI development — analyzing attack paths, modeling threat behavior, and helping build AI systems that truly understand how modern environments get compromised. This role is about structured adversarial reasoning, not exploit development. You'll work with realistic attack scenarios to map how threats move through systems, where defenses break down, and how risk cascades across complex environments. No CVE writing. No live exploitation. Just deep, clear security thinking applied to one of the most important technology challenges of our time.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze attack paths, kill chains, and adversary tactics across realistic, production-style environments
  • Identify and classify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and defensive gaps with precision
  • Review and evaluate red-team scenarios, intrusion narratives, and adversarial reasoning chains
  • Generate, label, and validate adversarial reasoning data used to train and evaluate cutting-edge AI systems
  • Clearly articulate how attacks unfold, what impact they carry, and what tradeoffs defenders face
  • Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in pentesting, red teaming, or a blue-team role with strong offensive knowledge
  • You understand how real attacks unfold in production environments — not just in theory
  • You can break down a complex attack chain and explain it clearly, from initial access to impact
  • Naturally analytical — you think in systems, spot gaps, and model risk intuitively
  • Strong written communicator who can document findings with clarity and structure
  • Comfortable working independently without constant oversight

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, or D3FEND
  • Experience writing red team reports, threat assessments, or adversary simulation plans
  • Background in threat intelligence, purple teaming, or security architecture review
  • Prior work involving AI, data labeling, or structured annotation
