Offensive Operational Planner, Senior
for section headings, - for lists,
for prose. No /, no markdown fences. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Keep substantive info: description, responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule if present. The posting includes: description (intro), responsibilities (What You'll Be Doing), requirements (What does Leidos need from me?), favorable (If You Have...), desired certifications, Pay Range, Pay And Benefits section (benefits description). Also "About Leidos" maybe not needed? It's generic but could be considered about company; but we should include only if specific content. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. "About Leidos" is generic but still specific? It's a paragraph about Leidos. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not navigation/legal/EEO but it's generic company description. Might keep as "About Leidos" but not required. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine some.
We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use only those headings if content exists.
We have: About the role? Could be the initial description paragraph about Leidos Intel Sector and opportunity. That could be "About the role". Responsibilities: "What You'll Be Doing". Requirements: "What does Leidos need from me?" plus maybe "Favorable If You Have" could be qualifications or skills. Qualifications: maybe education, clearance, experience. Skills: maybe technical skills list. Benefits: from Pay And Benefits section. Pay: Pay Range. Schedule: not present, so omit.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details like specific experience years, clearance, etc.
We need to format lists for duties/requirements/benefits. Use
- . For prose use
.
We need to extract responsibilities bullet points: many sentences each starting with a verb. Could turn each sentence into a list item. Must preserve all details.
Similarly requirements: list items.
Qualifications: maybe combine education, clearance, experience, etc.
Skills: maybe list of technical skills.
Benefits: list from "Employment benefits include competitive compensation, Health and Wellness programs, Income Protection, Paid Leave and Retirement." Could be list.
Pay: include the pay range paragraph.
We must not include boilerplate like "Original Posting September 22, 2026", "For U.S. Positions: While subject to change..." etc. Also remove "Pay And Benefits Pay and benefits are fundamental..." but we need benefits info. The paragraph after that includes benefits list includes details; we can keep that as prose maybe.
We must not include "Securing Your Data", "Commitment to Non-Discrimination". Those are boilerplate EEO etc. Remove.
Also remove "About Leidos" paragraph maybe not needed but could be considered about the role? Might be okay to keep as "About Leidos" but not a required heading. Could omit to keep fewer sections.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's structure:
