About the role

The OEM Engineering Lab Manager will be responsible for managing the engineering lab operations, ensuring that all testing and development activities align with company standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the engineering lab operations, including equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Develop and maintain test procedures and protocols to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments and tests to validate new products and technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and other stakeholders on lab operations and test methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations within the lab environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering laboratory management or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
