About the role

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer with a strong command of Python and a proven track record in the end-to-end implementation of custom modules in Odoo. As a crucial member of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Odoo implementation and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve Odoo apps
• Be responsible for what you develop
• Customize OdoO reports (QWEB)
• Train and support customers and end-users
• Modify workflows based on customers' business flow
• Prepare complete and clear documentation for any task done
• Configuration, installation, and maintenance of server and multi-database ODOO environments

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Computer Applications
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Odoo Development
• Strong knowledge of Python and programming concepts
• Core knowledge of OdoO apps: CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, etc.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Object-oriented programming language
• Debugging skills
• Quick & autonomous learner
• Linux, OS, SSH, and Bash scripting
• Experience with Agile development model

Skills

• Programming Languages: Python, XML, QWEB, CSS, HTML, JavaScript
• Database: PostgreSQL (with object-relational mapping)
• Collaboration Platform: GitLab (Self-hosted), GitHub, and Bitbucket
• Framework: ODOO (ORM, Workflows, Report Engine, BI, AI), Ajax, REST API
