About the role
Designer Ododo Office is seeking a talented Designer to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. The office is a young, growing entity with a small team and an array of commercial and residential projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the principal and project leaders on various projects including furniture and interiors to ground-up mixed use and residential.
- Work on all phases of projects from schematic design through permitting and construction.
- Interface with clients and attend site visits.
- Work with consultants.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience preferred
- B.Arch or M.Arch degree in architecture
- Proficient in Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite
- Physical model making skills
- Strong conceptual thinking & design skills
- Excellent communication & organization skills
Qualifications
Currently located in the Los Angeles area.
Benefits
Temporary contract worker position for 2-4 months with potential to transition into a full salaried position with benefits later in the year.
Pay
$25 - $40 hourly
