Oculoplastic Surgeon
Responsibilities
Mayo Clinic’s Department of Ophthalmology in Rochester, MN is seeking a board-certified, fellowship-trained oculofacial plastic surgeon to join our established practice. This position involves clinical care of patients, a busy surgical practice, and resident and fellow teaching and supervision in the clinics and operating rooms. Candidates should have an academic interest in clinical and/or laboratory research.
Qualifications
- Candidates should be board-certified in Ophthalmology
- Must be members/candidate members of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS)
- Fellowship trained in Oculofacial Surgery/Oculoplastic Surgery
- MD/DO or equivalent
- Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Minnesota

Pay and Schedule
- The minimum starting salary for surgical specialties may range from $307,250 to $843,000.
- This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties.
- Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
