About the role
At Absolut Center of Endicott, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a CNA Trainee, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and personalized care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate care to residents (assisting with mobility, bathing, dressing, and meals).
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in health status to nursing staff.
- Create a comfortable, safe, and positive environment for residents.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and an empathetic attitude.
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and assist residents safely.

Pay
Paid training: earn an hourly wage while preparing for your certification exam. Competitive pay is offered.
