OCIO Client Onboarding Analyst/Sr. Analyst
About the role
As an OCIO Client Onboarding Analyst, you will manage activities related to onboarding new clients to NEPC's OCIO platform and implementing changes for existing clients. You will also contribute to business initiatives that improve and advance our onboarding and implementation processes. In this highly visible, fast-paced role, you will contribute to all aspects of OCIO client implementations, including ensuring accounts and documentation are in place with investment managers, hedge funds, and custodians for trade execution and settlement. You will interface with investment managers, transition managers, custodian banks, and teams across NEPC. The successful candidate will be highly skilled in managing activities involving internal and external clients, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable working hands-on. Our client base spans defined benefit and defined contribution plans, endowments, foundations, healthcare systems and private wealth, each with its own structure, documentation requirements and service providers. You should expect to manage multiple onboardings concurrently, each at a different stage and with competing deadlines.
