About the role

Genie Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Therapy professional for a 13-week travel assignment in Thomasville, GA. The position involves working as an Occupational Therapist (OT) on a 5x8 Day schedule (Shift: 07:00:00-15:00:00, 8.00-5).

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
• Evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Georgia
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
• Proficiency in using assistive devices and adaptive equipment
