Occupational Therapy Leadership Position

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team management, scheduling, and communication.
• Provide direct patient care, develop personalized treatment plans, and support patient recovery.
• Lead and mentor occupational therapy staff, ensuring seamless procedure implementation.
• Build strong patient relationships by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Celebrate patient progress and outcomes.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification.
• CPR certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with two years of clinical practice.
• Preferred: active Therapy Clinical Ladder status or specialty certifications.
