Welcome to our Speech & Language Therapy team! We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Speech & Language Therapists to join our dynamic and supportive environment. Our therapists work closely with patients of all ages to improve communication skills and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Provide therapy sessions to enhance speech, language, and swallowing abilities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Keep abreast of the latest research and clinical practices in speech therapy

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New Jersey
• Experience working with individuals of various ages and backgrounds
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and a passion for helping others
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using speech therapy software and equipment
