Occupational Therapy Assistant - Rehab Program Manager

About the Role

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager to join our supportive team. This role offers the opportunity to improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills as the "go-to person" for customers, residents, and staff in an outpatient setting.

Locations & Setting

• Heritage at Elm Grove, Heritage at Deer Creek, and Heritage West (Ellis, WI)
• Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Outpatient settings
• Work with higher-functioning residents in a lovely community

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• No weekends or evenings

Responsibilities

• Treat patients while gaining leadership experience
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling
• Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
• New graduates welcomed
