Occupational Therapy Assistant - PRN

Role Overview The Occupational Therapy Assistant delivers therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a licensed therapist, following a written care plan to achieve patient goals. They provide treatment, assist with discharge planning, and communicate patient progress and findings in accordance with professional standards. The role may include supervising clinical students, support staff, and volunteers, fostering a caring environment that promotes health and healing. Additional responsibilities include producing reports and performing other duties as assigned.
