Occupational Therapy Assistant- Per Diem (Fort Morgan)
Primary Responsibilities
- Follows all state specific laws governing the provision of occupational therapy in home care.
- Fulfills the treatment plan only as defined by the supervising OT.
- Follows the plan of care, instructs and aids patients in evidence-based treatment within the scope of the occupational therapy assistant and according to the state laws governing occupational therapy assistants.
- Observes, records, and reports to the nurse supervisor and the physician the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition.
- Instructs patient, family, caregiver, and other members of the health care team in the areas of therapy within the scope of the occupational therapy assistant.
Required Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in state of practice.
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
Preferred Qualification
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
Pay and Benefits

The hourly pay for this role will range from $25.35 to $38.05 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
