About the Role

Occupational Therapy Assistant – Outpatient position located in Rochester, MN. Work in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings with higher‑functioning senior residents. Full‑time, part‑time, and consistent PRN opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Improve the lives of seniors by providing occupational therapy services.
• Showcase an outgoing personality while delivering patient‑centered care.
• Help market the clinic and create your own schedule, working independently.
• Treat residents Monday‑Friday in their rooms or in an on‑site outpatient clinic (no travel to homes).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best patient care.

Qualifications

• Current license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in Minnesota.
• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.

Pay

Hourly rate ranging from $26 to $35.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, no weekends, no evenings. Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN options available.
