What You'll Do

• Lead and support the therapy team and daily rehab operations
• Help ensure quality patient care and positive clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with nursing, administration, and interdisciplinary teams
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and department coordination
• Support compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Provide hands-on therapy as needed
• Mentor and support therapy staff

What We're Looking For

• Current Ohio OTA license in good standing
• Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Organized, dependable, and team-focused
• Interest in growing into a rehab leadership role
