Occupational Therapy Assistant - Full Time COTA

We are looking for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants who want to work with a leadership team that understands, prioritizes, and advocates for your professional perspective.

A $5k sign-on or $10k retention bonus is being offered for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
