About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage team resources effectively to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
  • Monitor project progress against plan, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and provide guidance on best practices in project management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
  • Ability to lead virtual teams and manage remote workers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
