Responsibilities
- Assist patients in performing activities of daily living
- Implement treatment plans under the supervision of licensed therapists
- Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Valid Minnesota driver’s license
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for rehabilitation and patient care
Skills
- Proficient in using assistive technology
- Knowledgeable in patient assessment and intervention strategies
