About the role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our team at PAM Health. The ideal candidate should have prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong commitment to learning.
Responsibilities
- Direct patient care
- Planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients
- Working within the principles and practices of occupational therapy in the PAM Health system
- Collaborating with the Occupational Therapist to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
- Maintaining flexibility to meet the needs of the system across multiple facilities
Requirements
- Licensed as OTA in the state where the hospital or clinic resides
- Current BLS certification required
- One year of clinical experience preferred
