Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) - PRN | St. Lukes Rehab

About the role

We are looking for a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) with a flexible schedule to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. At PAM Health, we care for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care across over 80 hospital locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Occupational Therapist, provide direct patient care and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients according to occupational therapy principles.
• Plan and deliver compassionate care to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
• Flexibly meet the needs of the system by working across multiple facilities as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

• Licensed as an OTA in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong desire and commitment to learn.

Qualifications

• One year of clinical experience preferred.
