Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA), under the direction of the Occupational Therapist, is responsible for:
- Direct patient care
- Planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy in the PAM Health system
- Flexibility to meet the needs of the system within many different facilities
- Performing other related duties as assigned or requested
Requirements
- Licensed as an OTA in the state where the hospital or clinic resides
- Current BLS certification required
Qualifications
- One year of clinical experience preferred
