About the role

We are hiring PRN Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA) with a flexible schedule to suit your lifestyle. The OTA will join a team that cares for a diverse patient population, including chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Plan and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients according to occupational therapy principles and PAM Health practices.
• Adapt to the needs of multiple facilities within the PAM Health system.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• One year of clinical experience preferred (inpatient hospital experience is a plus).
• Desire and commitment to learn if lacking prior inpatient experience.
