About the role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our team at PAM Health. The ideal candidate should have prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong commitment to learning.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care
• Planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients
• Working within the principles and practices of occupational therapy in the PAM Health system
• Collaborating with the Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive care
• Maintaining flexibility to meet the needs of various facilities within the PAM Health system

Requirements

• Licensed as OTA in the state where the hospital or clinic resides
• Current BLS certification required
• One year of clinical experience preferred
