About the role
A Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant is needed to perform direct care under the clinical supervision of an Occupational Therapist to enhance the functional potential of residents in various aspects of their lives.
Responsibilities
- Perform therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills
- Assess and document resident progress towards goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide education to residents and families on self-care techniques
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
Requirements
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state of employment
- Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Qualifications

Pay
- New hourly rates based on experience and qualifying interview
- Hourly range: $27-31/hr
- PRN positions also available
Schedule
- Part-time, 20-25 hours per week
- Preferred: 5 days per week
