Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Responsibilities

• Return patients to optimal physical function and facilitate the achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals within a SNF setting.
• Instruct patients in maintaining their achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise programs, and appropriate activity modification, under the supervision of the OT and DOR.

Education/Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited college.
• Current and valid license granted from the state of employment.
• Current and valid OTA license granted from the state of employment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

$28.00–$35.00/hour
