About the role
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities
- Individualizing treatment plans to meet patient needs
- Supporting a supportive rehab environment using progressive treatment modalities
- Addressing a variety of diseases and impairments through in-house therapy
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program
- Licensed in the state of practice
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) rehab preferred

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Responsive and patient-centered approach
- Adaptability to various treatment modalities
Requirements
In-house therapy support, background checks, and a drug-free workplace are required.
