Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities in a facility setting
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments
• Address the whole patient, tailoring care to individual needs and goals
• Restore, reinforce, and enhance patients’ physical abilities and independence
• Adapt to varied patient needs and work environments
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Provide high‑quality, compassionate service to patients and their families

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program meeting AOTA & ACOTE standards
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice

Pay

Salary range: $31.00 – $45.00 per hour. Bonus opportunity: $15,000.00.
