We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a multidisciplinary team in a supportive rehabilitation environment.
Responsibilities
- collaborating with team members to develop individualized treatment plans
- providing therapy to address various diseases and impairments
- contributing to a positive patient and family experience
Qualifications
- graduate of an accredited therapy program
- licensed in the state of practice
- prior rehabilitation SNF experience preferred
