About the role

Responsibilities
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Providing therapy services to patients with various diseases and impairments using progressive treatment modalities.
- Contributing to a supportive rehab environment focused on patient recovery and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
- Licensed to practice in the state of employment.
- Prior rehab skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
Requirements
Must pass background checks and adhere to a drug-free workplace policy.
