Occupational Therapy Assistant

About the role

We're looking for skilled, compassionate professionals to join our dynamic team of rehabilitation therapists. You'll assist with rehabilitative services for patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive one-on-one therapy services for residents
• Administer functional treatments emphasizing a holistic, patient-centered approach to care
• Utilize innovative technologies and therapeutic treatments
• Gain mentorship and valuable hands-on experience
• Pursue clinical interests and develop subject matter expertise

Requirements

• Mondays through Fridays schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements

Qualifications

• Absolutely required: Associates of Applied Science degree in an area of discipline
• Desirable: Current occupational therapy assistant license in state of practice, or ability to obtain one prior to starting
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
• Computer proficiency
