Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists (OTs) and interdisciplinary team members to plan, implement, and evaluate occupational therapy services in patients' homes.
• Assist in assessing patient needs and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including teaching activities, exercises, and adaptive techniques to enhance functional abilities.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Associates of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant studies or a related field.
• Active Registered Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license in the state where you practice.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• One-year Occupational Therapy Assistant experience in a clinical setting.
• Current Drivers License.

Pay

$30.17 - $44.88/hour
