About the role
Responsible for managing patient care in a hospital setting. Oversee daily operations, coordinate with medical staff, and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Direct patient care and coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely and effective treatment.
- Oversee hospital operations including admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
- Manage staff schedules and resources to optimize efficiency.
- Communicate with patients and families to address concerns and provide support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
