About the role

Responsible for managing patient care in a hospital setting. Oversee daily operations, coordinate with medical staff, and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Direct patient care and coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely and effective treatment.
  • Oversee hospital operations including admissions, discharges, and transfers.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
  • Manage staff schedules and resources to optimize efficiency.
  • Communicate with patients and families to address concerns and provide support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Experience with hospital information systems.

Pay

$80,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
