Occupational Therapist, Weekend Track -- Sunnyview Rehab Hospital Inpatient

About the role

Sunnyview Rehab Hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist for their Weekend Track position. This role is available for full-time employment, working every Saturday and Sunday from 7a-7p.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations according to standards and recommended techniques
• Establish, implement, and adapt an individualized treatment plan of care (including appropriate goal setting, treatment activities and frequency)
• Document accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree
• Current NYS OT license and registration
• Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapy experience required
• New grads with clinical rotation at inpatient rehab are welcome to apply
• Must be able to function well within a team concept of rehabilitation professionals
• Flexibility, exceptional clinical reasoning skills, and excellent communication skills are essential

Qualifications

• Enhanced weekend track rate: $59.00
• Pay Range for non-weekend track: $41.51-$53.72
• Pay is based on experience, skills, and education
• Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates
