About the Role
Licensed or registered Occupational Therapist (OT) providing skilled occupational therapy services in an acute care setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional status
- Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers, including making referrals to specialists
- Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students based on their skill levels
- Complete documentation in accordance with departmental policies
- Perform assessments, reassessments, and consultations for occupational therapy services
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Occupational Therapist License
Qualifications
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- No prior experience required
Schedule
Part-time weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 12-hour shifts).
