About the Role

This position involves evaluating and treating patients to address their therapy needs, including performing assessments, developing care plans, providing patient and family education, and assisting with discharge planning. Supervising support personnel according to regulations is also essential.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and documenting patient conditions
• Creating and implementing individualized care plans involving patients and families
• Educating patients on deficits, adaptive equipment, and support programs
• Assisting with discharge planning and supervising support staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current licensure in Colorado
• At least 2 years of experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
